We utilize several recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce, all stemming from awareness and access to such opportunities. First and foremost, we have and maintain an inclusive brand. As an organization and as individuals we have a commitment to diversity. We are very active in promoting inclusion the marketplaces we serve and on social media. We are also very involved in work force diversity networking events, job fairs and seminars throughout our regions. This only further promotes our cause and helps to spread awareness. The way in which we post and search for candidates also enables us to attract a more diverse workforce. We’ve broadened our search terms, gone beyond our main recruiting channels and use inclusive language when discussing assignments. We encourage referrals from all our relationships, which has allowed us to dramatically grow our pipeline of diverse individuals. A main part of our recruiting philosophy stems from our belief that qualified candidates will refer other qualified candidates.
