Chris Kovalcik

Chris Kovalcik is the Chief Growth Officer at IntePros Consulting, where he leads revenue strategy, market expansion, and service innovation. He is responsible for scaling the firm across traditional IT staffing, solution-led consulting, and emerging technology services.

Chris brings more than 15 years of enterprise technology sales and go-to-market leadership, including senior roles at high-growth companies such as Datadog and Airtable. Over his career, he has contributed to three successful business exits, including an IPO, and applies that experience to help IntePros deliver outcome-driven partnerships across data, cloud, DevOps, observability, and AI-enabled services.

Known for blending operational rigor with a forward-looking commercial mindset, Chris works closely with sales, recruiting, marketing, and delivery teams to drive measurable business value and long-term client success.

Outside of work, Chris is a dad of three who enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending summers on Cape Cod.
