As Vice President of People at IntePros, she leads a unified approach across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, L&D, and Culture—driving scalable processes and empowering both internal teammates and consultants to succeed. She’s passionate about building strong teams, creating engaging employee experiences, and developing people-focused strategies that support growth and performance. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and exploring a new creative outlet—pottery. While she’s loving it, she’s quickly learning it’s much harder than it looks!
