Ken has just under 35 years of technical staffing industry experience, having spent the last 24 years at IntePros. He combines a deep knowledge of staffing with meticulous attention to detail. His leadership is marked by a track record of streamlining talent engagement processes, enabling companies to focus on growth. Ken’s leadership consistently guides client development through trusted advising, emphasizing relationship-building and value recognition. His unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction sets the standard for our team’s dedication to exceptional service and value creation. Leveraging our strong track record and nurturing key client relationships, his team has built a business model that prioritizes both clients and consultants at the forefront of our operations.
Prior to joining IntePros in 2000, Ken spent nine years at the H.L. Yoh Company LLC, a specialized technical staffing company. While at Yoh, Ken worked as a technical recruiter and account manager, progressing all the way up to Branch Manager. Experiencing the staffing business from both a recruiting and account management perspective has proven to be invaluable in enabling Ken to understand the importance of long-term relationships, a simplified process, and kept promises.
Ken has a B.A. in Political Science and History from Duke University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He and his wife have 3 children. They enjoy sports, and almost any other outdoor activity.
