A day in the life of an Account Executive at IntePros can be very diverse, but we encourage our teammates to focus on a core group of fundamental activities each day to bring success. Since this position is focused on selling the services that IntePros offers, our daily goal is to strategize and come up with ideas to create opportunities with both new and existing clients.  This role is a critical one for us as it will primarily focus on selling into some or our large enterprise clients in the NJ/NYC area and tasked with growing these accounts.  The position will also entail developing some new clients for us as well as we continue to expand our footprint.

How To Be Successful

Being a successful Account Executive can be achieved in many ways, and IntePros provides the best tools in the market to help create that success. The best thing to do is set aside time each week to call or visit companies with whom we are interested in doing business. The primary role of the Account Executive is to create opportunities and drive revenue.

Solid Relationships See Results

Account Executives set time aside each day to visit client sites, meet with managers, and check on the consultants we have placed with them. It is both exciting and rewarding to see the results of your efforts up close and personal and develop a solid relationship between IntePros and our clients, allowing us to be viewed as a top competitor within the staffing industry.

Account Executive Responsibilities

• Support, manage and grow some or our large enterprise clients in the NJ/NYC area.

• Proactively search for additional clients with technical staffing projects

• Identify and initiate contact with hiring managers

• Sell resumes of qualified candidates directly to hiring managers

• Build relationships with clients and managers to be the top partner

• Provide strategic and tactical account development

• Grow existing accounts

• Manage, document and coordinate all communication with clients

• Work cohesively with all IntePros Teammates

• Join and become involved in industry associations

• Meet weekly KPI’s

• Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner
